This online masterclass will equip you with the essential tools, insights, and strategies to make your application stand out.

 

Learn about key criteria to keep in mind when applying and top tips on what the selection committee looks for in a standout application. We’ll explore the common pitfalls that applicants to our programmes have made in the past when submitting an application, and how you can avoid these. Expect to hear practical insights on what can strengthen your application. There will be time for questions following the masterclass.

WE Innovate is a 5-month programme running from January to June for women-led teams with an entrepreneurial idea to explore. WE Innovate supports the development of up to 25 teams through masterclasses, business coaching, 1-to-1 expert support, peer mentoring and much more. There are 3 phases during which 25 teams become a final 5 who then compete for a chance to win a share of the £30,000 prize fund. About the speaker

This session will be led by Euan Bell and Laura Barclay.

Euan is Innovation & Entrepreneurship Manager at the Imperial Enterprise Lab. For the past 4 years, Euan has overseen the Venture Catalyst Challenge, Imperial’s flagship entrepreneurial competition.

Laura is the Programme Coordinator for the WE Innovate programme. The first of its kind in the UK when it launched 11 years ago, WE Innovate is a 5-month pre-accelerator programme which champions women-led teams with an entrepreneurial idea to explore.
